Poth athletes make high marks at State

Congratulations to Poth High School senior Brooklyn Albert and freshman Sidney Ortiz, for their impressive finishes at the State Track and Field Meet for 3A girls in Austin May 14. Brooklyn placed fifth in the 3200-meter run and fourth in the 1600-meter run events. This was Brooklyn’s fourth and final appearance at the State meet. Congratulations on an outstanding high school performance! Sidney earned third place in the high jump event with a jump of 5’4”. As a freshman, this was Sidney’s first State appearance.
